CBPI LLC is seeking an entry-level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 support to children and adolescents with emotional behavior disorders and developmental disabilities. The role is part-time with paid training to become an RBT, and no weekend work is required.

RBT's are responsible for going to the student’s school, home or assigned center to deliver 1:1 instruction and support by following behavior plans created by a BCBA. Behavior plans may include procedures on how to arrange the environment to prevent challenging behaviors, instructions for how to teach the student to communicate needs more appropriately, and procedures for how to respond to unsafe behaviors. All behavior plans are based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. We provide comprehensive initial and ongoing training, and you will be provided with multiple weekly opportunities to collaborate with an experienced BCBA.
