Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to remain calm in emotionally charged settings.
• Possess, or ability to possess, a Missouri Class E Chauffeur’s Driver’s License.
• Meet the minimum requirements to be clinically privileged by FCC Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and facilitate group activities according to program schedules.
• Provide continuous supervision of clients and coordinate crisis intervention as needed.
• Monitor vital signs, urine analysis, and self-administration of medication as required; some sites administer medications.
• Serve as a positive role model through professional appearance and respectful communication.
• Assist in identifying and assessing client strengths and needs.
• Assist in transporting clients to activities as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of facilities and storage areas.
