Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Missouri driver’s license.
• Automobile and required liability insurance.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED and be age 18 or older.
• Must be in recovery and be a current or former recipient of services.
• Must be trained and certified as a Certified Peer Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Engage the person served to promote recovery.
• Support personal recovery goals and resiliency.
• Community networking and advocacy for the person served.
• Provide mentoring and modelling of positive skills.
• Deliver parenting skills coaching and role modelling.
• Document progress and meet with supervisor.
• Transport clients as needed and maintain confidentiality.
