Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine Calabasas in Calabasas, CA is seeking a part-time Recovery Coach to join our adolescent residential program. You will support clients through their recovery journey, align with treatment plans, and help clients build healthy peer connections within the milieu and team.

This role offers evenings and weekend shifts with a pay rate of $23–$27 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Psychology preferred; 2 years post-high school education required.
• At least 1 year in a mental/behavioral health setting desired (and required in some states).
• Valid state driver’s license with safe driving history.
• Good communication, client relations, teamwork, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through their recovery journey.
• Intervene per treatment plan.
• Engage clients in developing healthy connections with others in the milieu and team.
• Assist in food prep and supervise client meals and snacks.
• Exposure to therapeutic groups and development of core skills.
• Conduct rounds and provide observations.
• Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.
