Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and providing support.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves and pallets.
• Verify deliveries, prepare docks, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment following hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment including scanners and other tools as needed.
• Assist team and complete other assigned tasks.
