You will operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, assist customers, and help load products while maintaining a clean, organized space across morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts based on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight and organizing shelves.
• Support store operations by verifying deliveries, dock prep, and using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following safety procedures for hazardous materials and equipment.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners, balers, and Zebra phones.
• Collaborate with team to complete other assigned tasks.
• For Pro Fulfillment Stores: use Orders App to pick and stage delivery orders, load orders, rotate by date, resolve customer issues, and ensure delivery readiness.
