Review deeds, mortgages, affidavits, releases, and related real estate documents.
Communicate with title companies, lenders, surveyors, and other parties as necessary.
Support residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate transactions.
Conduct legal research related to real property and title matters.
Maintain accuracy and quality while managing multiple files and deadlines.
Handle real estate closings and related work as needed.
