Job summary

A leading online education provider is seeking part-time Real Estate Instructors to teach in-person and online courses. Instructors will engage students using provided materials and assist them in understanding real estate concepts. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a licensed real estate professional in Nevada. The position offers a flexible schedule with classes available in mornings, evenings, and weekends, and pays an hourly rate based on class hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required.
• Active NV real estate license (broker or managing broker) required.
• DREI certification preferred.
• Previous instruction and/or training experience.

Responsibilities

• Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan.
• Actively engage with students, both in the classroom and online.
• Utilize understanding of webinar/livestreaming technology for online instruction.
• Recommend strategies for success and assist students in meeting course objectives.
• Participate in faculty curriculum and ad-hoc meetings.
