Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in California.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for patient care, education and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
• Perform assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within scope of practice.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and prevention.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to tailor treatment.
• Stay current with dental technologies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and safety standards.
