Job summary

Elevate Dental Partners, LLC in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a part-time role with a $55/hour rate and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Expect single-column hygiene, 60-minute recalls, 90-minute new patient appointments, and 60–90 minute SRP blocks, with a PPO patient base. You’ll work autonomously, collaborating with Dr.

Garza to deliver thoughtful preventive and periodontal care. We provide modern tools (Open Dental, Overjet AI, CEREC, iTero, etc.) and strong growth

Qualifications

• Active AZ Dental Hygienist license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication with patients and periodontal care skills.
• Experience with Open Dental is helpful; training available.

Responsibilities

• Single-column hygiene schedule maintained.
• Recall/prophy: 60 minutes; new patients: 90 minutes; SRP: 60–90 minutes.
• Interact with PPO patient base; provide preventive and periodontal care.
• Collaborate with Dr. Garza on findings and treatment recommendations.
