Job summary

Mbdsdentist in California is seeking an experienced Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, a strong team player, and focused on delivering an excellent patient experience.

The role requires chairside skills for restorative and general procedures, proficiency with Eaglesoft and iTero, digital radiography, and patient education. Hourly pay is $30–$32 plus a team bonus, with Simple IRA and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong chairside assisting skills for restorative and general dental procedures.
• Experience with dental software, digital charting, scheduling, and treatment planning.
• Ability to take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos.
• Eaglesoft preferred, iTero scanning preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chairside assistance for restorative and general dental procedures.
• Utilize Eaglesoft for digital charting, scheduling, and treatment planning.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
• Perform iTero scans as needed.
• Help maintain an efficient and organized daily clinical flow.
• Follow strict sterilization, infection-control, and PPE protocols.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and team members.

Qualifications

Strong chairside assisting skills for restorative and general dental procedures

Experience with dental software, digital charting, scheduling, and treatment planning

Ability to take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos

Experience with Eaglesoft preferred

Experience with iTero scanning preferred

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Positive attitude and strong team mentality

Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and professionalism
