Job summary

Harbor Health Services is seeking a Registered Dietician to join the team at the Daniel Driscoll Neponset Health Center. The part-time role (20 hours/week) supports in-person and telehealth visits across Boston-area health centers.

Responsibilities include nutrition assessments, care plan development, and collaboration with MDs, NPs, RNs, and social workers to improve outcomes across diabetes, weight management, heart disease, and more. Excellent benefits and a sign-on bonus are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, RD/LDN licensure in Massachusetts required.
• 1 year healthcare experience.
• Second language skills preferred (Spanish, Vietnamese, or Portuguese).
• Familiarity with EMR systems (EPIC) and basic MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition care and assessments for health center patients.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to improve outcomes.
• Document nutrition data in the medical record per policies.
• Deliver medical nutrition therapy, education, and food access resources.
