BK Behavior in Iowa is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. This is a part-time position delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, with flexible schedules and access to same-day pay, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

You will record session data, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to help children with autism reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor are essential.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before starting work.

Responsibilities
