Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking Youth Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with Autism in their homes and community settings in Washingtonville. Positions start part-time, with a 6-month commitment, and opportunities to train and advance within the clinical team.

As an RBT, you will provide evidence-based ABA services, record data, and collaborate with families to promote independence and positive behavior. No relocation required; paid training is available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Desire to help children with Autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
