Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Contribute as a direct implementer of skill-building and care plans within the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to foster a positive learning environment.
