Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is hiring registered behavior technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in Missouri.

We offer paid training to help earn your RBT certification, flexible part-time schedules, and strong clinical team support. Responsibilities include data collection, implementing skill-building programs, and building relationships with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
