Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home and community settings. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training and support provided to earn certification.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
