Heartland ABA in Sergeant Bluff, IA is seeking a Behavioral Growth & Independence Specialist (RBT) to join our clinical team delivering one-on-one ABA services to children with autism. Paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexible hours and a 6-month commitment to help transform lives.

As an RBT you will implement skill-building plans, record session data, and collaborate with families. RBT certification is required before working; join a supportive team in a thriving ABA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Work within the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
