Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Colorado is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. Responsibilities include implementing skill-building plans, recording data, and collaborating with a clinical team.

This role offers paid training, same-day pay, and flexible, part-time hours. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification is required before working, with time to learn and grow

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Experience in ABA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
