Job summary

Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team in Riverview, Florida. This part-time role offers hands-on ABA therapy with children on the autism spectrum, guided by a supervising BCBA, in a collaborative clinical setting.

As an RBT, you'll collect data, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with families to support skill development across environments. A passion for compassionate care is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children in accordance with individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect, document, and maintain accurate therapy session data to support treatment progress.
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA regarding patient progress, challenges, and observations.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill generalization across environments.
• Support the achievement of individualized treatment goals through engaging and compassionate therapy sessions.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company standards.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered clinical culture.
