Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support in-home, school, or community ABA sessions on a part-time basis.

You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, collaborate with families, and pursue growth from RBT to BCBA with mentorship and training.

This role offers flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, and benefits for part-time employees expanding to full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
