Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in clients' homes or community settings in Iowa. Part-time positions with the option for growth are available, and paid training is provided to those new to the field.

As an essential member of our clinical team, you will conduct one-on-one ABA sessions, collect data, and collaborate with families to reinforce independence and positive behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
