Job summary

Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities in the New York area.

You will work under BCBA supervision, implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support each child’s progress. This part-time role offers flexible schedules and community-based work.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping children and making a difference.
• Must be 18+ and willing to become an RBT.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at daycare.
• Implement treatment plans created by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record client data.
• Collaborate with the BCBA on client care.
• Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Interact professionally and compassionately with families.
