Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Griffin, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support our clients under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on implementing individualized ABA treatment plans and collecting progress data in a clinic setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicate with families, and help create a safe, engaging therapeutic environment. Part-time afternoon hours with growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in the field of ABA therapy or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or 40hours certificate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans designed by board-certified behavior analysts
• Collect and record data on client behavior to inform treatment plans and monitor progress
• Maintain a safe and organized therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
• Provide ongoing support and education to families and caregivers
