Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in which services are delivered in clients' homes or community locations. This part-time role offers immediate opportunities to contribute to meaningful outcomes and work within a supportive clinical team.

We provide paid training, flexible scheduling, and pathways for BCBA-related advancement through partnerships with schooling programs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
RBT certification is required before working.
Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence.
Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
