Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in home or community settings. Part-time positions are available with same-day pay and flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

You will work under a clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record session data, and foster positive outcomes for clients and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Strong desire to help children with autism through evidence-based ABA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
