No experience? Paid training is provided. All positions start as part-time, with a six-month commitment to help transform lives of children with Autism. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference in children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
