Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. The role supports independence and positive behavior, working within a clinical team that delivers skill-building and care plans.

You will document data on electronic devices and engage families to reinforce progress. Initial positions start part-time with paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
