Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time roles in Florida. You will work 1:1 with children in homes, schools, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
