Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism at Feeding Hills Center in Massachusetts. You will implement ABA-based plans and collaborate with families to support communication, social interaction, and self-care.

The part-time role runs Monday–Friday 3:00pm–7:00pm, with a competitive hourly rate based on experience, education, and certifications. Growth opportunities toward BCBA are available with guidance and financial support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification if already obtained.
• Passion for working with children.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with children is advantageous.
• Willingness to ongoing development.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observes, records, and reports client progress daily.
• Manages challenging behaviors.
• Applies behavioral principles consistently in interactions.
• Assists clients to acquire academic/life skills.
• Communicates professionally with parents and team.
• Works as an active treatment team member.
• Completes daily paperwork and data entry in BE database.
• Participates in continuous training programs.
