Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services is seeking a part-time ABA professional to support one-to-one services in home and clinic settings. You will follow individualized treatment plans, help clients develop daily living skills, and record progress under supervision.

Applicants should have experience with children or developmental disabilities, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work 15–20 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. RBT credential is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Some experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Part-time, 15–20 hours per week, M-F.
• Willing to work in clinic and family homes.
• RBT credential preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certified preferred.
• Safety Care trained preferred, annual paid training.
• Must be at least 18 years old with some college education; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions.
• Help clients practice daily living and personal care skills, including toileting and hygiene.
• Record accurate data on client progress.
• Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend scheduled sessions, staff meetings, and training.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
