Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in Pleasantville, IA. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a 6-month commitment, with Same Day Pay options. You'll work with a supportive clinical team, receive paid training, and have opportunities for professional advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
