Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking individuals to work as Registered Behavior Technicians in clients' homes and community settings. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and a pathway to RBT certification with our training support.

You will join a dedicated clinical team, delivering evidence-based ABA services, collecting data, and building meaningful family connections while promoting independence for children with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. Training and support are provided to earn certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
