Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Missouri seeks an Entry-Level Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and behavior plans under supervision.

No experience? Paid training provided. This part-time role offers flexible hours, same-day pay options, and opportunities to advance through BCBA schooling partnerships as you gain hours and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
