Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in ABA programs. Roles are part-time and home-based, with flexible hours and immediate starts. We offer Same Day Pay, paid training, and access to a robust clinical team.

You’ll record session data, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with families to promote independence. We encourage long-term commitment (minimum 6 months) and provide fellowship and internship

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
