Job summary

Steady Strides ABA in Texas is seeking an RBT to support children with autism. This part-time role features weekday afternoon hours (1:00 PM–3:30 PM and/or 3:30 PM–6:00 PM) with pay ranging from $21–$29 per hour, based on experience.

You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, participate in supervision sessions and team meetings, and accurately collect data using our electronic system. A strong emphasis on engagement with clients and families is required.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required
• Minimum 8 months ABA therapy experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism under pressure
• Active listening and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)
• Engage positively with clients and their families
