Job summary

Steady Strides ABA is seeking an RBT to join our team in a part-time role in Texas. You will implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision, attend supervision sessions, and engage positively with clients and their families.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with morning and/or afternoon shifts. Pay ranges from $21 to $29 per hour based on experience, plus a new-hire bonus after 4 weeks. Required: RBT Certification, at least 8 months ABA experience, and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Minimum 8 months ABA therapy experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.
