Job summary

Dream Bigger ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with developmental disabilities in Springfield, VA. Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized care plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide direct support to clients in various settings.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior as directed by the supervising BCBA.
