Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients in homes and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and collaborate with our clinical team to promote positive outcomes for children with Autism.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
