BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time, in-home ABA services across Nebraska. You will provide one-on-one ABA interventions to help children reach independence and behavioral goals, while recording data and collaborating with our clinical team.

There is a focus on flexibility, immediate access to a portion of pay, and opportunities for professional growth within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
