Gentle Rise ABA LLC in Hutchinson, Kansas is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for per diem or part-time work. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, in-school, or clinic settings under BCBA supervision and help clients achieve measurable progress.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is beneficial but not required.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
