Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or in community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to support independence and positive behavior.

RBT certification is required before working. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with paid training provided.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm and supportive during challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be an important part of our clinical team by directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients while building strong connections with their families.
