Heartland Behavior in the United States seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and support families in home or community settings.

We offer part-time positions with Same Day Pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement via BCBA schooling partnerships. Paid training is provided to successful candidates.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willing to serve in clients' homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to support learning and progress.
