Heartland ABA is seeking a seasoned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support clients with autism in achieving personal goals. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, hands-on ABA experience, and opportunities to advance through BCBA schooling programs.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, diligently record progress data, and collaborate with a caring clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
