BK Behavior in Geneva, Nebraska seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, support clients in achieving personal goals, and collaborate with our clinical staff to implement care plans.

The part-time role involves services at clients’ homes and community sites, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships. Paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children with Autism preferred.
• Patience and compassion with the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and commit to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with clinical team and families to support goals.
