Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and communicate with families
