BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals. This role emphasizes one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations, with flexible part-time hours and paid training.

You will work with a strong clinical team to implement care plans and record data accurately. Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma, and demonstrate patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
