Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism through in-home and community-based ABA services. You will deliver one-on-one interventions and help clients achieve meaningful goals.

We offer paid training, same-day pay,-part-time flexibility, and opportunities for advancement through BCBA programs, with a supportive clinical team dedicated to student and client success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based techniques.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster positive learning environments and engage with families.
