Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking an Autism Interventionist / RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in Byers, CO. You will implement skill-building plans and collect data as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Positions start as part-time with flexibility to fit scheduling needs. No relocation required; training is provided to ensure you can support clients effectively and earn while learning in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
