Job summary

You will record session data electronically, work with families, and help implement care plans under supervision. No experience? Paid training is provided, and part-time roles are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
